Shipment
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Switzerland and Italy.
What options are available?
For what concerns Switzerland, we use the PostPac Economy type of consignment from Swiss Post, which usually delivers throughout Switzerland within two working days (from Monday to Friday). Items posted on Saturday are delivered the following Wednesday.
Instead, for what concerns Italy, we use the standard type of delivery, with delivery throughout the territory within 4 days (excluding Saturdays and holidays).
What are the shipping costs?
For what concerns Switzerland 7 CHF for orders under 50 CHF. Free for orders over 50 CHF.
Instead, for what concerns Italy 9 CHF for orders below 50 CHF. Free for orders over 50 CHF.
It is also possible to collect the order free of charge at the Alja Tessuti & Merceria shop in via Ginevra 5 in Lugano.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a link for tracking the package for both Switzerland and Italy.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
You can buy on our site using all common credit cards. It is also possible to pay using the PayPal service. Your preferred payment method is selectable at checkout.

What material is used?
I only use 100% cotton yarn for the execution of the puppet, while the padding is antiallergic flakes.

Can I wash my amigurumi?
The puppet can be washed with the delicate program at 30 °.
Is it also suitable for babies?
Absolutely yes.
